While we don’t currently offer in-person custom fitting, our range of premium components allows experienced golfers to build clubs to their specifications. Our customer service team can advise on typical configurations for different playing styles.
Ordering & Account

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Standard shipments via DHL/FedEx and EMS both provide detailed tracking.

Shipping & Delivery
We offer two premium delivery services tailored for golf equipment:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95): Expedited service via DHL/FedEx, typically 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping: For orders over £50 via EMS, typically 15-25 business days after dispatch
All orders undergo our quality check and secure packaging process, typically completing within 1-2 business days before dispatch.
We ship globally to golf enthusiasts worldwide, excluding some remote areas in Asia. If you’re unsure about delivery to your location, please contact us before ordering.
We treat your equipment with the same care we’d want for our own. Clubs are protected with bubble wrap, fragile components are specially boxed, and all shipments use secure, golf-appropriate packaging.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 15-day return policy from receipt of your order. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Please email [email protected] to initiate a return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
